Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and support of the SD module to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Configure and test SD module functionality: Pricing, Rebates, Freight Costs, Sales Documents, Orders, Deliveries, Shipping, Returns, Billing, Reporting, SD Master Data maintenance,…
Provide recommendations for FIORI, Fact Sheets and Analytics deployment in Supply Chain; implement recommendations
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios and recommend SAP Best Practices solutions.
Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation and education.
Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
Support Data Migration, Security design and RICEFs efforts from an SD perspective.
Act as liaison for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business
requirements, processes and objectives.
Qualifications
SAP SD configuration experience.
Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
Integrated Supply Chain business knowledge and process design skills.
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
Able to collaborate and have a strong desire to excel.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Must be an effective problem solver.
At least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA full life cycle implementation experience in the Chemical Industry.
Working experience with SAP’s Activate methodology.
Working experience with SAP’s Best Practices.
Working experience with Vertex would be a plus.
