Role: SAP QM/ECM Consultant
Location: East Aurora, NY
Fulltime

Job Description
Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in SAP QM/ECM module. Be able to configure the module assigned at a project level.
Resource must have worked extensively in SAP PP/QM and SAP ECM modules and has taken care for all integrations and interfaces needed for below scenarios –
Incoming Inspection
In process Inspection
Final Inspection
Non Conformance Process
First Article Inspection
Vendor Evaluation
Inspection for Subcontracting Scenario
Calibration Cycle
Good understanding of Engineering Product manufacturing process like, Valves, Manifolds, Motors, Pumps etc.
Expertise in Change Management activities (ECO, ECR & ECM)
Expertise in understanding of process / steps required from creation of Material Master, Production Routing, and Document Management System & Bill of Material.
Expertise in ECM integration with General Notification.
Good understanding of Workflows and its usage from ECM and General Notifications.
Integration between SAP Modules Material Management , Sales of Distribution , Quality Management , Customer Service , GTS , Finance & Controlling , Production Planning

Analyze system user requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications.
Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionality.

To secure acceptance and approval of Integrated Solution deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders
Work with other Module Leads in various workshops for design business processes and finalizing solution architecture
Planning, organizing, and controlling entire stream in project. Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team
Making sure the project is delivered in budget, Task executed on schedule, and within scope
Evaluate, propose and suggest actions and alternatives for any functional or technical aspects related to the scope of this Project.
Fully utilize and adhere with client supplied tools and templates
Work with standard SAP delivered tools to resolve issues such as SAP OSS notes, support packs, etc.
Provide varied status updates (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to management
