Experience implementing & supporting PPDS, SNP and TLB in SAP APO
Ability to own PPDS, SNP and TLB delivery & drive design independently is required
Experience interacting / consulting / problem solving / with business users
Experience working with IT / UAT / Training / Cut-over tasks is a must
Implementation experience of basic features in PPDS:
Planning Master Data experience
Detailed Scheduling Planning board & functions experience
Detailed Scheduling Heuristicsexperience
Understanding DS tools in PPDS work & help businesses in daily functions is expected
Knowledge of APO Process Flow, how Planning processes interact with each other SNP, Deployment, TLB and PPDS
Understands diverse types of planning runs: Finite, infinite, forward, backward etc
Understand how to setup / support APO supply chain constraints (e.g. bottleneck resources)
Understand Safety stock usage in planning
Hands on experience in SNP, PPDS and TLB
Understand APO Reporting and Alerts for SNP, PPDS, Deployment and TLB
Must have good knowledge on supply chain structure(s) in SAP SCM. How modules interact with each other. SAP, APO, SNP, TLB, PPDS (locations, PPM / PDS, transportation lanes, shifts, resources, recipes, etc
Knowledge of APO Process Flow, Planning processes, good understanding of SNP and PPDS Planning engines
Ability to problem solve and assistance in the areas APO requires for accurate planning results: ECC PP, QM, WM, PPPI, SCM APO-DP, APO-SNP, APO-PPDS
Ability to Analyzes and understand the business problems in APO
Assesses and understand the business objectives and identifies creative and doable business alternatives within a global solution design. Evaluates and recommends alternatives by identifying selection criteria and assessing alternatives against the criteria
Builds and maintains successful working relationships with planners, partners and SME''s (subject matter experts)
Leads meetings by: facilitating active participation from all team members, pre-planning, using agendas, setting goals, follow
