Job Description :
The Learning Management System (LMS) SABA will be a subject matter expert for ongoing administration and application support for the SuccessFactors LMS. Specifically, you will provide support for user management, learning management, content management, and overall systems capabilities management.
Key Responsibilities
Process:
Look for opportunities to streamline the business processes by modifying and or creating procedural documentation
Identify areas where automation can improve administrators’ tasks and save time. Implement these improvements within the LMS tool.
Understand how to execute all major LMS day-to-day administrative tasks and provide expertise to other team members as necessary.
Support the governance within the LMS.
Work actively with team members to effectively deploy training programs.
Lead the development of process maps, standard operating procedures, FAQ''s, job aids, smart forms, etc. related to administrating training programs and executing tasks in the LMS.
Generate and schedule standard reports as well as creating ad hoc reports.
Provide troubleshooting expertise to LMS users on an ad-hoc basis.
Determine and monitor the assigned course development work and plan to ensure quality learning solution outputs and on-time delivery within the LMS
Stakeholder Management:
Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with various team members in the Business Units.
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service to ensure quality services / agreed to KPIs are delivered to the business units.
Builds and maintains relationships by collaborating with business unit and department team members to foster trust, commitment, accountability and results.
Participates on LMS change management / governance meetings as necessary
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years’ experience as an analyst/administrator or consultant of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System or similar systems such as Workday, Saba, SumTotal, etc.
Must have excellent Excel skills to generate reports or customize data imported from SuccessFactors
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Self-starter, quick learner requiring minimal direct supervision at times.
Quality oriented with a keen eye towards attention to detail
