Description:
This position will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and increasing Nestle Business to Business (B2B) partnerships using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with Third Party warehouses, co-packers. Duties include managing and resolving day-to-day issues, managing the onboarding of new business partners as well as project related activities. Projects range from minor business changes to major integrations of new business units. This person will fulfill the role of a subject matter expert from a business and system perspective. This will include understanding the system architecture and all usages within the various business processes.
Primary Third Parties responsibilities:
Leading and managing the implementation of EDI between various Third Party Warehouse Management Systems, copackers and Nestlé SAP.
Responsible for maintenance and production support, helping to resolve any EDI issues between Nestlé and the 3rd party warehouses, which includes month end support call on a rotational basis.
Assist various functional teams in the scoping, designing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Regularly lead multiple simultaneous projects that can span across functional areas and business.
Ability to analyze and interpret business and systems requirements for Third Party Warehouses.
Rotation duty of On Call, month and year end rotation within the 3PL EDI Team.
The position requires excellent communication and analytical skills, and accountability for quality of efforts and deliverables. The individual in this position will work closely with the Supply Chain team, Globe LGO, 3rd party affiliates, and Trading Partners. Technologies that are used include EDI, SAP and NUSA BW.
Some travel maybe required.
