Job Description
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
?Deep technical knowledge in SAP Customer Service Module
? Total 9-10 years'' experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service(CS) Module
? Expertise in Returns, RMA Logistics, Repairs, installed base, warranty, renewals
? Advanced knowledge on Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
? Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
? Worked on revenue recognition.
?Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
? Repair Order process.
? Customer service master data Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.
? Knowledge on Idocs setup of partner profile, creating segments, testing idocs.
? Worked on Interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
? Ability to read and debug ABAP codes.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong in-depth experience IN Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, Warehouse Management / Shipping and system integration areas.
? Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solution.
? Worked on Interfaces with both SAP and no SAP systems.
? Ability to read ABAP codes.
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Analytical and Communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
? Perform SAP configuration in the process area of “SAP CS” processes.
? Perform as “Module expert” and provide to support to business users needs in the areas of Finance Modules
? Developing of Functional Specifications to support any gaps within the SAP CS business process area.
? Work with the Business Owners / Users or other Functional Team members or IT Team members to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement, SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
? Act as the liaison between the Technical team members and the end users to insure requirements / progress are communicated accurately.
? Perform configuration/customization related activities to resolve user reported issues in a timely manner.
? Create design specifications for all of SAP related activities
? Documentation of Solutions, SAP configuration and program modifications according to internal standards.
? Build partnerships with internal customers.
? Leads system testing effort necessary as part of project deliverables.
? Training of Users on new Systems and Processes.
? Provides day to day support to End Users – Day to Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the issues, Bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported
? Ability to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
? Ability to work to tight timelines in a high pressure environment
? Actively suggest Continuous Improvements
? Communicate daily progress
