Urgent requirement for SAP HCM Consultant / Sr.SAP HCM Consultant


Role: SAP HCM Consultant / Sr.SAP HCM Consultant
Experience: 7+Years
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: Long Term
Rate: $55-60/hr on W2

Job Description:

1. SAP HCM functional ( 5yrs+)

Payroll:
The Candidate should have SAP HCM implementation experience in an Indian Organization.
India Payroll and Time Management Implementation experience
Working Knowledge of Payroll PCR and Schemas.
Knowledge of Statutory Compliances and rules.

Non Payroll:
Hands on experience on Organizational Management.
Experience in Training, Recruitment and Appraisal Modules. (Any 2 will also Suffice)
Experience on ESS/MSS configuration.

SAP HCM Technical
Strong ABAP programing skills and would have worked on HCM modules as mentioned for functional consultant.
