Job Description :
* Conduct cold calls and follow up calls with past customers to understand their hiring process and hiring needs.
* Network with current customers to gain market share within their organization.
* Cold call customers who have published openings to better understand their needs and the structure of their group.
* Work with Management to establish a sales strategy to consistently achieve sales quota
* Meet with clients to evaluate staffing needs, provide recommendations for consulting Solutions

* Identify project-based IT solutions opportunities and coordinate delivery process

* Continuously develop a pipeline of prospective clients.
