Responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification and Prioritization
-Work with the business to identify use cases for process automation (RPA) and capture process attributes
-Partner with IT to gauge feasibility and complexity
-Identify metrics and develop high level business case for potential opportunities
-Recommend process to move forward for automation, based on value, complexity and risk
-Socialize recommendations with process owners and functional leaders
-Develop charter for each process
-Manage process automation book of work (status, risks etc


Process Design and Optimization
-Develop initial data collection plan for process metrics
-Coach and support process designers as they develop the Process Design Document (PDD)
-Optimize/Standardize process via application of LEAN techniques
-Validate baseline metrics/business case
Value realization
-Set expectations with the process owner on data collection process, mechanism and frequency
-Track and report benefits
-Lead Change Management activities

Executive-level communications and proven expertise in cross-functional management and leading through influence
Personal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others, drive new capabilities, and bring new ways of thinking into the organization

Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other intelligent automation techniques
