SCOPE OF SERVICES :
Design:
Write business requirements analysis and validation for the application design, definition, implement and testing.
Architect and implemented agile QA processes and practices, including defect and test management. Developed and implemented automated testing.
Create an automation test strategies including Hybrid automation framework, descriptive scripting, Data driven & key word driven.
Create a master test plan, procedures, and process.
Define quality standards and metrics for the current project/product. Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measureable criteria’s to check the quality on timely basis
Validate & test application task in various environments like Development environment, Test, UAT, Stage, pre-production etc.
Validate and recreate the production issue and bugs pre and after fix.
Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
Manage HP Application life cycle Management, create project and assign tickets, bugs in QC.
Validate and test on Data Migration/Data Modeling using Database Architecture based on functional requirements and system design of the client using RDBMS concepts and constructs.
Validate Conceptual Target Database Design as per the user requirement, changes, modifications, adding industry standard data migration technics to reduce the impact of data loss and performance of data base, E-R Diagrams, Logical Target Database design, Physical Database design, Optimization of the database design.
Upload case status change, IT rolling list and various spread sheet upload to production.
Validate and process the batch process of NYServ as daily based validation.
Test the application for browser compatibility on various browsers like IE7, IE8, and IE 11.
Create manual Test Cases in HP QC/HP ALM for various User Stories based on Release and Sprint Plan
Perform front-End Testing and Back-End testing manually, as well as using QTP automation tool
Write scripts in HP QTP and Jmeter to validate the data from the Source to migrated data base
Unit test the code as per the design/requirement
Perform extensive manual testing to validate the data migration from source database to the targeted database.
Analyze the business requirements i.e. the staging area requirements and data integrity check requirements
Conduct manual Analysis of source Database for data validation for testing purpose
Extensively use SQL programming for testing backend and front-end functions, procedures, packages to implement business rules and security, and validation
Test processes the migrated data that helps in identifying the inconsistencies and incompatibilities between the migrated data and the parameterization of the target data base.
Map different testing techniques to risks involved in data migration process. Performed different testing techniques to mitigate the risks present in the data migration process.
Use an industry standard testing technique suitable for mitigating the risks in data migration to resolve the issues generated from other risks. Implemented different mitigation techniques and their suitable mappings to each of risks involved.
Test spread sheet for extracting, cleansing, transforming, integrating, and loading data into the landing and stage 1, 2 Data base
Extensively use Teradata load utilities Fast load, Multiload and FastExport to extract, transform and load the Teradata data into the Data Base.
Import verified data to spread sheet for validation purpose or cross check with the source DB
Perform R&D on integrate different technology to migrate the DB and mitigate the risk of Data redundancy and data lost during migration and Validation of data
Perform all types of testing of a hosted web application data quality application (Java/J2EE), User interface design testing, work flow testing of appeal process, debugging the errors at UI.
Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Browser compatibility testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT
Involve in transitioning and sharing the knowledge with new team members joined the team, also explaining them the test methodology, procedures, current status and company standards to write Test Cases
Prepare system and integration test cases by using HP Mercury Quality Center for J2EE and Asynchronous Replication Architecture based project developed.
Process test in TEST site, UAT and STAGE for the developed flow in application design in java.

Job Description :
Provide expertise and on-going guidance in the implementation of the HP QC testing suite of tools and Load Runner
Develop and documentation of testing processes and procedures between all teams (business, development, business technology services, infrastructure and security
Review compliance to the company''s Quality processes and procedures during projects and implementations
Provide support for testing tools to other team members
Continuous mentoring of team members on the function of QA in software development
QA Analyst experience in testing workflow processing, evaluating business rules, data quality, web applications with expertise in Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. The candidate must have a certain level of business acumen coupled with technical knowledge.
Demonstrate an understanding of thin client software development lifecycle, proficiency in analyzing business and functional documents, writing and executing test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and test cases for both automated and manual testing needs.
Prove ability to simulate and execute integrated and isolated tests to analyze results, leveraging CRUD operations on large volumes of raw data using SQL.
Experience writing scripts for automated tools like QTP, Selenium, HP ALM etc.
Strong documentation skills in software defects or program functions and tracking their resolution. Candidate will be required to resolve pending issues and prepare effort estimation and conduct all aspects of testing; STLC, functional, regression, access privileges and System performance and certify the release of workflows into UAT.
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set
