Job Description :
The Lead QA Tester will perform analysis, design and execution of quality assurance tasks in support of department project requirements. Perform API level testing, system testing, black box functional testing, client UI testing, stress, load and white box testing. Apply test methodology, engineering and product knowledge in the design of tests and testing strategies for the analysis and qualification of products. Define and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Plan and conduct the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality for large and complex projects. Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements. Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities. Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended process improvements to management. Actively participate in daily Scrum meetings with the project team. Prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities. Prepare and present technical and program information to team members and management.

Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflict.
