Leading the Default Ops team (10+) as they will complete all test assets and execution.
Lead needs to be able to have strong PM skills alongside strong testing lead discipline
Needs to be able to influence and collaborate with operational teams
Will need to run triage meetings
Good communication skills to communicate the status with Domain Manager and Project Team.
Strong experience as QA Lead, handled multiple projects.
Good in reporting risks ahead with Project Team.
Good in working independantly.
Strong experience in co-ordinate with multiple cross grographical team.
Good problem solving skills and running triage calls.
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile model of projects.
Experience in working on ALM, JIRA or Rally or any other ALM Tools.
Always fore think and predict what to be done ahead of time.
Experience in non-functional testing.
Experience in Data Testing.
