Candidate will be playing the role of a QE /QA in the project. Following are the mandatory skills for this role
Technical:
The resource should have experience and be hands on automation testing using selenium. Should be able to design and develop automation test cases and execute the same.
Process: Should have good understanding on the Agile development methodology and should have executed projects in Agile methodology. Should have participated and have very good understanding on PI meeting, Daily Scrum and other Agile ceremonies.
Soft skills: Should be having good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Should be a confident communicator and be clear in communicating his/her ideas.
Should be capable of communicating with the development team, customer and with the business owners
