Description of activities:
Manage and update GTM workstream plan to reflect current state in appropriate tools (Key, Excel) 20%
Provide timely and relevant updates of workstream to key stakeholders (transformation office, executive sponsors, workstream leads) 20%
Work cross-functionally to ensure key milestones are met on time and within budget 50%
Identify risks to plan and develop mitigation strategy where appropriate 10%
Skills required:
Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
Proven track record for consistently delivering results and effectively meeting program milestones
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills coupled with superior ability to creatively solve problems
Excellent presentation & communication skills for executive & front-line audiences
Ability to multi-task and work independently
