Deliverables:
The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of the organizations Access Control System, ProWatch. The Senior IT Project
Manager will manage resources, project schedules, and project financials and adhere to stage gate quality of the organizations internal Project Management Lifecycle control guidelines defined by Client. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

The Senior IT Project Manager will do, but not limited to, the following:
Manage all aspects of the One Badge Access Control System projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders and sponsors Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
Experience managing access control systems such as ProWatch or Data Watch Interpersonal skills.
Must be able to listen, communicate effectively and clearly, and collaborate with many people inside and outside of the One Badge Program.
Leadership skills. Will be the central POC for answers and project updates regarding the ProWatch Access Control System.
Lead projects and motivate others to complete them according to budgets, schedules and standards.
Problem solving skills. Must be able to face many unexpected challenges to meet goals and schedules. Find solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner either collaboratively or on their own. Multitasking skills.
Must be well organized and be able to setup processes that become standard within the One Badge Program.
Flexibility. Must be flexible when issues will arise that impact project goals.

Supplemental Duties:
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
5-10 years experience managing Access Control Systems or Identity & Access Management Systems (IAMS)
PMP certified; CSM preferred
Experience managing, developing, deploying, and sustaining Access Control or Identity & Access Management Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong work ethic to effect change
Ability to multi-task, be self-directed and present findings to senior management.
