Project Manager / Project Coordinator

The Project Manager is responsible for overall planning, coordination, execution, delivery and completion of all projects on time and within budget.

3+ years experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator
Experience in financial industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build team cohesion and motivate people
Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed
Lead the project ensuring delivery on-time within scope and within budget
Work with global team of stakeholders on project delivery lead and facilitate meetings follow ups and action items
Manage change requests. Assess impact to scope schedule and cost and communicate with key stakeholders
Develop a detailed project plan defining project tasks and resource requirements
Ensure all tasks are completed on time
Monitor and report on project status to all stakeholders. Escalate issues as required
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations policies standards procedures and associated documentation
PMP certification is preferred
