Provide PM services to the Corporate Security technology initiatives.

Report against adoption metrics, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Progress reporting for senior stakeholders, regional teams, and end users.

Standardising, provide structure and improving existing processes

Provide holistic view on activities and enable understanding on ?the bigger picture?

Identify activities that needs to be in place to enable controls and governance

Collecting multi-source collateral and producing coherent management level reporting structure

Ensure that agreed upon processes are implemented and established as well as provide guidelines for sustainable operating model
