Description:
Analyze the transformation program’s overall delivery roadmap, applying technical insights to de-risk the effort
Identify the transformation program’s critical path and dependencies, working with the execution pillars to unblock issues and ensure delivery
Keep key stakeholders informed, making complicated issues understandable for non-technologists
Required Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience Required Knowledge,
Skills, and Experience:
3-5 years technical project manager experience within a high integrity, and/or regulated environment (government, healthcare, financial sectors)
Able to navigate technical architecture and design topics
An instinctual eye for the critical path, and the risks it faces, particularly those technical in nature
Able to comfortably manage more simultaneous threads than most
Interest in adapting new technologies to continuously improve processes & tools
Strong attention to detail; able to dive into granular detail and still step back to view the broad picture
Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to find the correct path given limited guidance
Ability to create insightful visualizations to convey complicated data and concepts succinctly
Capable of analyzing program/project data to produce management insights
Strong communication & presentation skills
Desired Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau and/or other agile tooling and visualization software
Experience leading software development, systems, or infrastructure engineering teams
Completion of PMP or other equivalent PM certification
Experience creating successful implementation plans
Demonstrated innovation, creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset
