Our client is seeking a motivated self starter for full time Project Manager , IT Software Development role. The Company is a worldwide leader in the automotive parts and accessories industry. This position requires the capability to work on multiple projects with a positive attitude, ability to focus on planning, management, and the delivery of software development and Information Technology projects. Person will work with technology and business teams to establish and execute project plans, mitigate risk, and communicate well to executive and stakeholders.
* Effective written, verbal communication, and documentation skills
* Measure and report progress for projects and programs
* Over 5 years of PM experience in a software development environment
* Strong conflict management skills, and the ability to coach and mentor others as needed
* Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, and remove barriers and blockers in a timely manner.
Experience with Agile, Lean planning methods, Gantt Charts, Microsoft Project, JIRA and other issue tracking/documentation tools.
