Job Description :
1. Manage customer project delivery
Working with the Solutions Delivery proposal team to confirm the project planning is scoped, scheduled, and prepared for execution hand off to Service Delivery
Manage multiple medium to large projects across a diverse client base
Developing and Managing project schedules or agile sprint plan
Perform risk management activities to proactively forecast threats and opportunities
2. Manages project financials including P&L
Develop and maintain approved project budgets
Provides reliable financial forecasts and business reviews to organizational leadership
Review and confirm customer invoices are accurate and in sync with actual in each invoicing cycle
3. Manages business development
Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project
Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities
Acts as opportunity manager for medium to high risk deals
4. Manages client relationships
Manages mid to upper level client delivery relationships
Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
Plan and report daily project activities in collaboration with customer project manager
5. Coordinates project team work plans
Organize project resources to plan work to meet deliverables and key milestones
Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members
Provides performance review input and indication of area of development for team members

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in like roles/businesses
Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP)
Minimum 9 years’ experience in project management

Knowledge and Skills Required
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding processes and methodologies applicable to project management best practices.
Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods
Participates in the company Program Manager (PM) Professions community
On the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification path
Coordinates a cross-functional teams’ activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
Determines, monitors, and reviews all project/program economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub-contractors, resources and risk.
Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project/program needs and requirements; including sub-contractor selection.
Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project/program.
Leads the project/program team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements and client’s long-term goals.
Facilitates status review meetings among project team members and clients.
Works with senior management on project/program proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
Proposes and develops add-on program opportunities.
Mentors and trains the customer and/or vendor in project management methods, procedures, and activities.
Controls project/program requirements, scope, and change management issues.
Coaches and counsels’ members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project/program goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key program criteria.
Determines and installs appropriate automated systems for management of projects.
Identifies and recommends contingency measures.
Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
Manages and follows project risk management methodologies to plan, track, and management risk process.
Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and project/program management techniques.
