Title: Project Manager
Location: 301 S 4th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85003
Duration: Until 06/30/2020
Rate: $65/hr on W2 all inclusive(without any benefits) or $70/hr on C-C/1099 all inclusive
Position Description
? Prepares and maintains project plans.
? Tracks and reviews project deliverable and acceptance/sign-off documentation; creates e-files and posts to the SharePoint Site.
? Manage issues and risks to achieve the objectives defined in the Annual Planning Document (ADP ? Maintains, tracks and analyzes critical project documentation, including budgets and contracts, and manages the documentation library.
? Coordinates and monitors work progress between the technical and business team.
? Coordinates and monitors work with vendor project manager.
? Facilitates work sessions to prepare and review project documentation with the technical team and management.
? Attends and contributes to project team meetings.
Skills Required
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook) and project management tools.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communications to all levels of stakeholders required.
Work independently and as part of project teams, including management.
Work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Think analytically, methodically and with strict attention to detail.
Skills Preferred
? General project management experience with large complex projects
? Experience with ERP applications preferred.
? Experience with agile methodology and have run an agile software projects either as a new ERP systems or upgrades from a PM standpoint is preferred.
? Experience with CGI Advantage (including vendor self-service portal) preferred.
? Experience with deploying releases and release management preferred.
? PMP certification.
Experience Required
5-7 years related project management experience required
Project management practices.
Project organization and planning.
Experience Preferred
? General project management experience with large complex projects
? Experience with ERP applications preferred.
? Experience with agile methodology and have run an agile software projects either as a new ERP systems or upgrades from a PM standpoint is preferred.
