As a coordinator, you will work as part of a team of individuals who are detailed and process oriented, have strong analytical skills, solve problems and communicate with multiple areas and levels within the organization. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively manage the tracking and reporting process of mandated courses with a detailed level of focus, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Determine need for follow up on required workflow or tasks
Develop procedures in collaboration with M&A team members, vendors & contractors to query, test, validate and report on data components
Execute and supervise others in the execution of processes to query, test, validate and report on data components using L&D data mart, SQL,Microstrategies, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, and other technologies.
Manage issue identification and resolution tasks
Problem-solve matters impacting the overall process and day-to-day activities
Drive ongoing optimization of the T&R process
Be collaborative to share learned techniques with other team members
Contribute to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen
Identify automation opportunities to improve the accuracy and speed of tasks using technologies available like Alteryx, UiPath, etc.;
Monitor T&R issues in the ticketing system, ensure resolution of issues are timely, escalate issues as appropriate
Drive significant improvement of T&R related data quality through accurate reporting of the number and type of issues reported and the time it takes to resolve issues
Proactively engage teams outside of L&D which impact data in our systems to address data quality issues
Develop and present leadership/stakeholder presentations
Develop internal relationships with business representatives and technical points of contact from groups outside of L&D including global groups that are needed to improve T&R data quality
Create weekly and monthly management reports
