GO Live Consultants

Based on the type of customer, connector and project complexity Go Live Consultants are assigned to each project. Each consultant manages a significant number of Go Live projects. Each consultant plans and coordinates the implementation of Client’s core solutions, including advance, complex or unproven scenarios. The consultant is required to coordinate resources across multiple organizations. The consultant is looked to for project management, functional and technical leadership and is expected to mentor and document their expertise across the Implementation Team.

Location: Seattle,WA
Initially - 2 to 3 months training
Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years
Work from home option is available after Training Peroid


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the definition of the implementation project based on customer’s purchased products, objectives, and timeline.
Develop and deliver to customers a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Successfully communicate with the client, internal and external Client's partners, and all stakeholders.
Responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
Actively Monitor client projects and solve problems to keep projects moving forward. Report and escalate issues as needed.
Leverage strong product and subject matter expertise to support customers in fulfilling jurisdictional requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Work strategically and independently with internal and external groups on multiple simultaneous projects.
Contribute to the development and improvement of Go Live team processes and procedures.
Support the sales and account management teams in reinforcing accurate expectations.

Required Skills & Abilities:
Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated success in technology project management
Strong ability to understand and conceptualize accounting and tax processes and procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with clients at all organizational levels with a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.
Strong ability to articulate process logic and technical architecture including building and delivery of functional/technical presentations.
Experience with multiple ERP and e-commerce solutions with a focus on sales order/invoicing processes.
Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively and tenaciously follow-through to ensure client success.
Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated and driven to succeed.

The first 3 months the Go Live Consultant will be part of on-boarding, training, shadowing and executing go lives. We also expect the Consultant to be present at Client’s offices during the on-boarding phase, timeline and reasonable expenses to be determined at a later point in time.
