Job Title : Program Manager
Location: Burlington, NC
Duration: Full Time
Requisition Details: -
3+ years of Program Management experience in Large programs involving Policy administration system upgrades
Must have experience working in Agile based execution framework, preferably in SAFe as a Release Train Engineer
Understand and Align customer’s system capabilities to solutions that meet business objectives
Create a high level project plan with release time lines considering the critical path items in place
Facilitate the process of defining customer requirements and documenting associated application functional requirements in the form of stories and ensure its completion on time as per plan
Manage and deliver even though multiple projects may ask for some attention due to the scope of the program
Build and influence consensus for solution direction
Identify, track, and manage the program risks, issues, action items and deliverable status
Report status, work plan updates, and other program management information to next level management and sponsors apprised of major progress, issues, and risks
Identify software gaps to business functionality requirements, identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
Drive successful delivery of projects by effectively managing business expectations that include work plans, budgets, and quality
Ensure Change management plan and its smooth incorporation in an agile set up
Must have had prior technical experience in microsoft technologies
Preferred: Insurance Industry experience particularly dealing with Policy administration systems with necessary expertise in Agile execution. PgMP / PMP certification a plus
