1. Prior experience and good expertise in Data Migration and/or Legacy application migration programs
2. Prior experience and exposure to US Healthcare business – good understanding of business entities used in healthcare industry
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and build relationship with clients and key stakeholders
4. People skills in coaching and motivating team members and networking with externals
5. Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices
6. Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
7. Structured and issue based problem solving and assessments
