Program Manager/Jr. Chief of Staff
Responsible for supporting the VP, Strategy & Business Operations in managing a 50 person team and supporting various organization-wide strategic and administrative processes. Specific responsibilities include:

- Coordinating team meetings, all hands and offsites, to include logistics, agendas meeting minutes and following up on action items.
-Coordinating multiple inputs for Executive level briefings including developing the briefing template and reviewing and proofing data / presentations.
- Coordinating data calls and validating and harmonizing submitted data in areas such as budget, travel and training requirements.
- Developing team processes to increase coordination and efficiency.
- Supporting the development of powerpoint presentations.
- Tracking and helping to manage the various deadlines and deliverables for the VP of Strategy & Business Operations.
- Special projects as required.

- Ability to be presented with a problem and construct a solution
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to meet deadlines / requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills?

This person would be the right hand of the VP. Exposure to issues related to budget, strategy, project management, metrics, training and communications. Exposure to and ability to influence senior level decision making. This position may turn into a permanent role in 6 months for the right person.

Basically need a Jr. Chief of Staff - help action on items that sit with the Chief of Staff, but also help with processes for helping manage teams, store information, collaboration across the group, etc.

Proficiency in PPT is a must have (presentation background

Can sit fully remote but must have experience working remote before to do so. Otherwise, Round Rock, TX location is ideal.
