Program Manager-IT Security
The candidate will be responsible for overall planning, developing waves of migrations, communicating status of migration plans, resource planning, and meeting program objectives according to the Ohio Program and Project Management Practice (OH-PPMP
All work needs to be done at client site Columbus,Ohio
Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience: Required
Must have managed at least one large program (collection of related projects) that was more than 1 year long, more than a year in duration and a budget great than $1 million.
Experience in several of the project areas (Internet Filtering, Security Training, End-Point Protection-Detection & Response Deployment, Web Application Firewalls, Cloud Access Security Broker)
5-8 years of experience managing medium to large sized projects.
Managing teams of 10-15 people from differing vertical lines of technology and/or business.
Experience managing several significant projects simultaneously
Must have experience following a program and project management practice.
Project management applications (WorkFront preferred) and Microsoft Office suite of products.
Must have strong communication and collaboration skills and experience.
Must have excellent oral and written skills and possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
Must have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.
Must be proficient at conducting well-coordinated and concise meetings including agendas and meeting minutes / notes.
