Job Description :
5+ years’ experience of working in operations/support on enterprise level applications
Production support on-call experience, ability to troubleshoot issues in pressure situations
A proven track record of strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or in team settings on complex production issues
Experience in application monitoring and system performance troubleshooting
Experience using Jira and/or Service Now
You’ll have excellent communication skills, equally comfortable communicating with technical peers or business partners
Experience with AWS and supporting cloud based applications
Previous experience supporting vendor supported applications desired
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Java programming language, Java Script (EXT JS and Angular JS) and XML
Experience with Windows, Unix and Linux operation systems
Experience with performance monitoring and visualization tools such as ELK
Scripting experience with Powershell, BASH or other UNIX/Linux scripting languages
Experience with relational data bases; Oracle DB or Postgress
Experience with micro services and middleware technologies and architecture
Understanding of key AWS architecture
