Principal Responsibilities: Overall, the Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) Process Specialist will help ensure overall process adherence to squad deliverables. The PS will be the Agile team''s Workflow Administrator, and will help the Product Owner manage project task completion, to avoid blocking progress of DTCC initiatives. This is done in a flexible and Agile setting.

This position requires working closely with Team management to review approaches and requirements that solve the business problem.
The PS will work closely with EI teams to align EI procedures and tools with DevOps principles, as required, to meet project deadlines.
The PS must develop strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain our Agile team''s model processes to key stakeholders.
The PS will participate in regular meetings (with Application Development and EI service owners in each area) to review status and address issues.
The PS will support one or more Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) Business-Aligned Delivery squads. The PS will maintain and update Jira board(s) daily.
The PS will track pending Service NOW (SNOW) tickets and escalate to EI managers when necessary.
The PS will use DTCC''s Service NOW (SNOW) and Jira to run reports on a regular basis.
The PS will be proficient in Excel, and may need to create Pivot tables.
The PS will work with team Business Analysts to suggest, revise, and leverage Playbooks and User Guides.

Skills Required:
Two+ years of IT experience including at least 2 years of one or more of the following disciplines – network admin, storage admin, system admin, Dev, QA, Client Integration, project coordination
Familiarity with Agile techniques and tools – SCRUM, Kanban, Jira, etc.
The PS must be very organized.
The PS Workflow Administrator must have some experience and familiarity, in multiple settings, with ServiceNOW, Jira, and SharePoint.
The PS must be an expert in MS Office skills, with effective use PowerPoint and with Excel statistical functions such as pivot tables.
The PS must have a flexible, proactive approach in tracking down resources to gather appropriate information.
The PS is detail-oriented, excellent at follow-through on actions, and has a keen ability to prioritize and focus on most urgent tasks.
The PS will be a clear communicator.
The PS will be project management-minded, and be aware of timelines.
The PS must not be afraid to raise issues or concerns to the Workflow Manager or the EI Lead.
