Job Title: Software Developer
Development and support of the C03075 Interactions Data Product.
He will be engaged in researching, developing and supporting solutions to integrate internal interactions data with the Salesforce System of Engagement.
Following Agile (scrum) methodology of the project development. Involve in Sprint planning, estimation of tasks for user stories, daily scrum meetings, and end of sprint demos and sprint retrospective.
He also involves in Creation and Designing the Salesforce Custom objects, Custom tabs, field and hold data as related to the Interactions Data.
Responsible to import/export data between Salesforce and internal data sources and creation of summary display within the Salesforce.
Responsible for design and development of UI Pages using client side scripting languages Visualforce and Lightening using Aura components, CSS, Bootstrap for a user to enter case details and submit in to Salesforce
Migrating the data from other database to Salesforce using Salesforce web services like SOAP and REST API.
Releasing the developed code to different sandboxes and production by using Change sets and Batches in every sprint.
Because of the complexity of the project and the assigned duties, the minimum requirement for performance of these duties is a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.
