Work with Environment team to Install and configuring performance environment with appropriate JPMC Standard software/tools (appdynamics)
Work with Application owner to gather performance metrics of the “as is” architecture and establish a baseline.
Work with Application Owners to establish acceptance criteria for expected performance.
Work with Application leads to remediate performance issues by either re-architecting the technology solution, improving the solution, improving database design/queries
Work with Application Owner to complete application throughput metrics
Work with Application Owner to establish roadmap for horizontal and vertical scaling.
