Ability to get the understand and customer business requirements.
IBM Pega Knowledge– E0 or E1 proficiency
ECM Tools knowledge is an added advantage
Exposure in PEGA environment administration tasks
Knowledge in PEGA installation , version upgrade steps(preferably in PEGA 7.X)
Knowledge in PEGA7 .X and 8.X features
Basic knowledge in Unix /Windows scripts
Exposure in WebSphere configuration
