Job Description :
PMO, Portfolio Management Lead
Location: Charlotte,NC
Duration Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:
Support Intercompany Loans project, ICE Libor, International Balance Sheet
Responsible for all PMO related activities including; Execution Process design, creation of Portfolio/
Program steering routines, financials, and Enterprise Change adherence.
Responsible for successful end-to-end annual planning
Will create Project intake, impact assessment, sizing, prioritization, and scheduling mechanisms to
support overall delivery
Will oversee all portfolio financials.

Must Have:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
*Excellent Business Analysis/ Program/ Project Management
* Experience with Global Markets, Corporate Treasury, Balance Sheet, or Investments and good
understanding of Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office sequencing and Operations
* Excellent PPT & Visio skills
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of capacity planning and portfolio financials.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment and handle multiple competing priorities
* Ability to multitask and work with team members in multiple global locations

Nice to Have:
* Deep understanding of financial products and how they are used by financial institutions. Fixed
Income experience highly desirable.
* Previous BAC experience or strong BAC network
* Finance/Accounting background
