Solid experience as lead developer on a project with other developers
Experience mentoring and teaching other developers
7 years experience with MySQL, PHP and Linux
7 years experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
7 years experience with SQL
Some level of experience in Java.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design, web application architecture and relational database design
