1. Determine and demonstrate resource capacity separation. Router and storage performance are global, cpu and memory are container localized.
2. Prod/Prod-support spaces are particularly important. But also PT spaces on NONPROD foundation.
3. validate diego cell capacity as raw app capacity that cannot be over-provisioned.
4. understand the consequences of IaaS over-provisioning of memory.
5. understand cpu apportionment
6. determine scaling parameters
7. determine load balancing tuning parameters
8. Good understanding of basic software development tools: git
o file formats: yaml
9. Medium to advanced understanding of Concourse, BOSH, OpsMan
10. Basic understanding of infrastructure
