Education Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred. 5+ years experience with Oracle EBS development required.
Technical Skills
Oracle EBS experience required including Oracle EBS R12.2.x; Oracle Lease and Financial Management (OLFM) STRONGLY preferred. AP, AR, FA, INV, GL modules experience required; Oracle application framework experience preferred; Oracle forms and reports development preferred; Oracle REST interfaces preferred; SQL/PLSQL expertise required. Oracle workflows experience and lease and finance industry experience preferred.
Soft Skills
Proven ability to provide leadership, technical guidance, mentor team members and work independently or as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate internally with IS Team Leads, Senior IS Management, IS Architects and Senior Business Partners and externally with product vendors and suppliers. Expert ability to influence and negotiate with technical and business leadership, especially through simplifying complex technical concepts and choices and making recommendations.
