Liaison with Business / Product team and UX Designer/Developer @ Offshore on various UX Projects
Good Understanding of User Research and User centered Anlysis
Excellent Knowledge of UX tools Axure, Invison and Sketch
Design and execute test plans to validate controls
Strong technological and integrated audit execution experience
Investigate and escalate issues identified during testing
Draft audit reports and issue details for both historical and future products
Maintain and document a library used by product teams across full system life-cycle
