· Serve as a subject matter expert for defining and reviewing technical designs and solutions for the End User Services architecture and infrastructure environment.
· Create conceptual high level architecture for key technology initiatives within the Team Member Technologies space. Key initiatives include: Collaboration- O365 (Skype, Live Meeting, TEAMS), Team Member Experience, End Point Device Strategy, and PC Lifecycle Management, Backbone EOL, Windows Analytics using Azure Log Analytics
