Role: OAM (Oracle Access manager)
Location: Princeton, NJ

5. Must have the soft skills needed to work with the end user during support calls
6. Must have the ability to work without guidance at times but understand what is expected
7. Strong experience in several of the following technical areas:
a. Deep understanding of identity and access management fundamentals
b. Ability to assess current state and develop needed workflow
c. Provisioning
d. Authentication
e. Authorization, and Associated governance and policies Design
f. Integrate and implement Identity and Access Management components
8. Must be able to analyze existing business processes to support provisioning of resources and to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements Architect comprehensive Identity and Access Management strategic design plans and project approaches according to our established methodologies.
9. Broad understanding of general security technologies, including NT, W2K and UNIX operating systems, networking, firewalls, scanners, security policies, physical security, cryptography, PKI, directory services, VPN, IP-Sec, etc. Must understand Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and elements.
10. Must have a strong background in directory integration and XML scripting.
11. Must have strong systems integration experience with various COTS applications Strong knowledge of Federation protocols and standards (SAML 2.0, 1.1, WS-Federation, and Liberty
12. Qualifications Skills Required BIAPPS 11.1.1.7+ Oracle Data Integrator 11g OBIEE 12,2,1,2 rpd report development Working knowledge of WebLogic application installation server administration monitoring
13. Nice to have Skills: Development background in Oracle EBS R11.x R12.x or Peoplesoft HCM Oracle 12c13c Cloud Control for OBIEE COGNOS Details Comments
14. Required Core Technical Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Identity and Access Management products namely OIM, OAM, OID, OUD, OVD, OEM, SOA.
