Job Description
Serve as a technical expert in Office 365 and related technologies (Azure) architecting, installing, and configuring implementations
Leads efforts in troubleshooting, remediating, and optimizing Office 365 issues while providing strategic recommendations
Participate in the ongoing development of Office 365 strategy and lead projects
Identify, develop, and document Office 365 standards and tools and support processes
Assume a high level of ownership on tasks associated with both new and ongoing Office 365 needs and implementations
Lead complex Infrastructure projects both regionally and globally
Mentor and provide direction across Enterprise Infrastructure teams regarding design and strategy of Office 365 services and to promote standardization and project initiatives
Ensures quality standards
Provides ongoing information to management and peers regarding the general health of the environment, as well as enhancements and innovations
Keeps updated on industry trends and emerging technologies as applicable to PAREXEL
Keeps IT management abreast of any changes in the technologies which may impact business decisions
Flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and evening hours as needed in addition to normal core business hours
