Experience in managing the team of Server L1 L2 resources.
Good understanding of Server operations.
Good understanding of Incident , service request management.
Manage stakeholders , provide performance status report , Track SLAs and take appropriate action for missed SLAs.
Identify performance issues related to Server proactively and a quick resolution of same.
Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and capacity and performance reports.
Ready for on call and weekend support for critical outages.
