Job Description:
Looking for 10-12 years of experience in network cyber security areas with below products concepts
Key Responsibilities Technical support with a service and customer focus, requiring a range of network security cyber security skills.
The candidate should have practical working experience of network security cyber security operational activities including incident and change support within a service oriented and controlled infrastructure with below skill set
Good communication skill
Good knowledge on ITSM and ITIL processes. Plans, conducts, and oversees highly complex projects or major phases(Transition,Tranformation,Operations) of significant projects
Reviews completion and implementation of technical products to ensure success and timeliness
Recommends corrections in complex technical applications and analysis to enhance performance
Provides technical consultation
Provides customer base with first level support Performs comprehensive security assessment of all designs within all enterprise networks, advises senior level executives of network vulnerabilities, and develops procedures and policies to rectify Strong hands on experience on below Products technology with core competency
Hands on experience needed on Firewall/VPN cisco, Fortinet,Barracuda Email Security,Cloud Web security,NIPS,Aruba NAC or any other NAC Firewall
Architecture Packet flow understanding for different vendors.
HA configuration and related troubleshoot Inspection, policy, Nat, VPN configuration and related critical issues troubleshoot.
Interface, static routing, Dynamic routing understanding.
Firewall update procedure and understanding Failover, backup and migration related activities. Ipsec, SSL vpn and hub and spoke vpn good understanding.
Change management process, cab call understanding is required Internal and external Audit Documentation need to handle with correct approach.
Realm, Rules, Roles understanding Authentication, Integration with MFA concepts Resource allocation as per user requirement Tunnel concepts, HA, Failover understanding should be there Experience on NAC - Aruba Clear Pass NAC Architecture and fundamentals should be clear Authentication and integration concepts Device Quarantine and policy automation, integration, Different types of mode functionality, remediation procedure.
Experience on working with various proxies such as forward proxy, reverse proxy troubleshooting any issues pertaining to Forward reverse Proxy Understanding Troubleshooting of load balancing, caching, SSL encryption related issue Knowledge on PAC file creation, updating Experience in rules management.
Knowledge on Enterprise end-point security products Hands on experience in Symantec SPEM Anti-Virus for Desktops and Servers, HIPS Handling issues related to SEPM adding exceptions Understanding on Security alerts Virus outbreak handling Knowledge on the End Point Firewall for blocking enabling the ports IoCs Products Firewall Cisco(ASA/Meraki), Fortinet IPS Cisco(FTD) ,Trendmicro Cisco ASA and Cisco AnyConnect Barracuda Email gateway/security Symantec Cloud Web security NAC Aruba Clearpass End Point Protection Symantec SEPM Process : Good knowledge on ITSM, ITIL,CAB processes.
