Mandatory skills:-
- Experience on Nexus platform
- Working experience on VPC, VDC, Fex
- Working experience on Catalyst 6500,4500,3850 etc.
- Working experience in Wlan technologies like flex connect, guest wireless authentications, troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge in routing and switching concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Role Description:-
- Resolving tickets in adherence to the SLAs
- Providing Guidance to L1/L2 team to proces the Tickets
- Cisco Switches/Routers/Wireless Radius Controllers: Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting, Maintenance
- Vulnerability Management, Device Compliance Maintenance
- Adhere the Compliance & Quality on Tickets
- Participation in conference calls to troubleshoot critical issues
- Work with different Vendor Teams for issue resolution
- Work with different regions of clients for day to day Network issues
- Work on Medium/Major Network Projects
- Co-ordination with different teams to resolve the Connectivity issues
- Working with Onsite Clients, onsite & offshore Teams for day to day Operations
- Driving the Medium/Major Projects
- Enable team to adhere the quality & SLA while working on Tickets
- Providing the Network Uptime Reports to client
- Recommendations/Suggestions to maintain Optimum Network Uptime
