JobDescription:
The current lobbying application is over ten years old and needs to be modernized.
* Provide leadership with the Project Management staff to meet objectives for this Lobbying Application Rewrite.
* Participate and help lead in a module Development Team.
* Participate in design meetings and reviews to help development both technical and business applications.
* Create shared services that may be utilized by other agencies when appropriate.
* Participate in code reviews.
* Participate in unit and integrated testing.
* Adhere to architectural, design, and coding standards.
* Create system documentation.
* Create technical speciffications.
