Position: Quality Manager
Location: Chicago, IL

For this position: Mphasis/AT&T

GWP management & tracking
Quality Assurance Strategy
Review defect density report and come up with GWP to support any SLA deviation
Delivery Quality across entire team - identify processes and tools to improve/ support this effort. Confirm compliance with Agile principles
Point of Escalation for production issues - coordination point for resolution
SLAs – reporting, regular review meetings both internal and with key stakeholders
Proactive monitoring, reporting, issue identification
Environment management
Work with production support to improve tools/information availability to Tier 2.
Manage all defects and internal enhancements
Co-ordinate with the application team and external teams for issue resolution
Work with production support team and ensure related adherence
Regularly report the status of defects and internal enhancements to key stakeholders.
