Role: NPD Launch Lead

Location: - Raynham, MA

Job Description –

Leadership of cross-functional supply chain teams on new product development (NPD) project core
Lead cross-functional team meetings. Capture and report status, actions, and planning updates.
Work with internal sourcing and planning groups to drive product code setups, sourcing, and supply
deployment to regions.
Interface with external suppliers to manage the transfer of new products from development into
steady-state manufacturing
Coordinate execution of process qualifications between suppliers and internal Quality groups.
Work closely with Project management, quality, and R&D on managing project plans and alignment
to supply chain activities and resulting launch commitments.
Manage execution of capital and expense spend and budget tracking for funding of assigned NPD
Lead execution of specific NPI and Supply Chain processes such as Supply Chain Readiness (SCR)
checklists and cost/risk management throughout the NPI stage gate process.
Maintain project timelines, milestones, and associated status and timing updates
Maintain compliance with all company policies regarding all safety, quality, and environmental
Minimum of a Associates Degree required; Focus Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MS preferred.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience required
Direct experience in supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, and/or manufacturing engineering and
in support of NPI (new product introductions) is preferred
Leadership experience in managing technical projects is preferred
Supply Chain experience within a regulated environment preferred
Knowledge of quality compliance and/or GMP is preferred
Knowledge of Medical Device and/or Healthcare industry preferred
Knowledge of financial accounting and analysis methods to assess product standard costs, project
values, and capital requirements is preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
This role will require up to 10% domestic travel
