Role name: Support Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 17 (Months)

Competencies: CTI AVAYA, CTI Genesys, Genesys Inbound Voice
Experience: 8-10 (Years)

Essential Skills:
The position requires a Support Engineer with in depth knowledge of NICE 4.1 call recording software or above including Integration with Genesys call flow, Avaya PBX, Genesys reporting.
Knowledge of SYMON SDA software and hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Virtual hold software ,installation and troubleshooting.
End to End knowledge of Call recording, configuring NICE reports, version upgrades, antivirus upgrades is required.
Exposure to Unix/Linux installation is added advantage.
Desirable Skills:
At least 8 years in Analysis, Designing, implementation and Supporting of NICE applications.
Experience in NICE version upgrades and patch installs
