Job Description :
Required Experience & Skills:
2 or more implementations of Employee central, preferably in a hybrid landscape (SAP)
Knowledge of other Success factor modules is HIGHLY preferred but not required
Conversion experience in EC projects from EC and
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Modules, Strong understanding on Personal Administration, Org management
Ability to do complex configuration changes in PA
Experience in time and payroll is good to have but not required
Experience in writing functional specs and working with development team to get them converted into technical specs etc. (knowledge of HR function modules)
Experience with large ERP global rollouts
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create and meet timelines cognizant of business needs and constraints.
Highly self-motivated, driven work ethic, keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service orientation.
Ability to demonstrate solid data analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work with geographically dispersed clients and resources.
