Mulesoft System Integration Architect.

Experience leading the strategic vision and direction with specific technologies, systems and platforms related to a domain or associated sub-domain.
Hands on experience with technology planning and road mapping
Experience in technologies like Mulesoft, Cloudera, AWS/Azure with microservices
Strong Knowledge and experience designing REST APIs and developing RESTful Web Services
Experience working in an Agile, DevOps environment
Articulate the difference between CloudHub and AnyPoint Platform
Can standup a fully functioning REST based API with MuleSoft products
Can articulate the value proposition of MuleSoft vs competitor products

Primary responsibilities include:

Work with customers and architects to implement MuleSoft's CloudHub or Anypoint platform to solve business challenges
Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment using Mulesoft development tools
Work with other data & integration team members to help grow MuleSoft knowledge within the company
Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments

What You Need for this Position
Requirements:
Hold at least 1 active MuleSoft Certification
Familiar with design patterns used with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce
Familiar with 3rd Party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors
5-7 years implementing integration projects
Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications
Experience in developing flows using Mule Anypoint Studio
Experience in deploying/managing Mule flows to CloudHub
Experience securing the APIs using Mule platform on the CloudHub
Experience in designing, developing and managing APIs using Mule API gateway/portal


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support
Perform and/or participate in requirements discovery and design work sessions to determine best practice solution requirements
Skill and Experience Requirements
5+ years of hands-on-experience architecting, leading, and delivering solutions related to enterprise integration, APIs, service-oriented architecture
2+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft ESB, CloudHub, and API Management
Strong understanding of underlying Mule ESB architecture with experience of server administration and physical deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid
Understanding of architectural concepts for MuleSoft implementations including encryption, security, logging, scalability, clustering, and securing solutions
Ability to design and develop MuleSoft APIs, writing complementary RAML, and formally document architecture and design specifications
Experience with a breadth of MuleSoft inbound/outbound connectors, for example: Web Services, File, Database, Salesforce, JMS, AWS services, etc.
Experience orchestrating complex use cases involving multiple systems, incorporating error handling and logging
Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies & standards
Strong experience in Application Development using Mule ESB and SOA/EAI technologies and API management, MuleSoft - ESB Enterprise Edition, CloudHub
Demonstrable understanding of Web Services (SOAP & REST), XML and JSON formats document schemas, HTTP protocol, and underlying internetworking concepts
Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using Maven, Jenkins, Subversion, Git, and/or comparable toolsets
Experience with Java/JEE programming/development
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues and defects
One or more Mulesoft designer/developer certification(s) are preferred:
o MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4)
o MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate (Mule 3)
o MuleSoft Certified Developer - API Design Associate (RAML 1.0)
o MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional (Mule 3)
Experience building integrations that connect with one or more on premise/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, WorkDay, etc
Project experience setting up and configuring on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations
Experience architecting real-time integrations that support high volume transactions
