The individual should be comfortable with a level of scripting/application coding, unit testing, requirements analysis as well as quality assurance and testing.
Should be familiar with objects & manipulation of variable data.
Working knowledge of SQL (for database reads and ETL. Proficiency is not required) Familiarity with XML concepts
